Deep inside a Valley Village mini-mall sits an explosion of culinary delight. A small unassuming specialty bakery that surprises patrons with their enormous selection of gourmet tiny cheesecakes. Ranging in price from $3.25 to $4.50, with a few very special high end cakes at $6, this bakery delivers on it’s promise to offer you something new at a reasonable price. And with 100’s of recepies to choose from, you will never get tired of visiting the shop.

The bakery was founded by former financial officer Karen Freeman and her son out of their love of baking. Karen used to spend a lot of time in her own kitchen baking the unique cheesecake flavors for her son before deciding to take the plunge and sell her creations to the general public. First opening a shop in Glendale she recently relocated to a much larger space in Los Angeles County’s Valley Village.
